These Candied Almonds!!!!!!!!! These little addictive, nutty, crunchy, sweet, buttery Candied Almonds. Guys, these are a) good, b) really, really, good, and c) just a tiny little bit bad.

Good – because they taste like sugar and spice and all things nice, and cooking them fills the house and neighborhood with that awesome smell of candied nuts. Which means be prepared for the neighbors to pop in for a visit.

Very very good because you only need few affordable, everyday staple ingredients to whip up these sugared nuts.

And the tiny bit bad as in **eat a whole cup in one sitting without even realizing it** bad. Which, just between you and me, is actually a very good thing.

I have kept this version light on the sugar and butter but feel free to double up the butter and sugar, as well as adapt the spices to your taste. Just follow the suggestions below.

Whip up a batch (or three) of these air fried candied almonds, keep them on hand and pull out as a last-minute treat for unexpected guests, or for a Christmas appetizer, Thanksgiving or party nibbles. Along with Air Fryer Pecans, they also make an ideal game day snack and are a great for giving as a delectable edible Christmas gift (a bit more on this later).

Storage

Storing your these are super easy. Store cooled nuts in an airtight container. They can be stored this way for a week (if they’ll actually last that long). They do need to cool completely as any moisture would cause them to go moldy. And you really, really don’t want that.
